How it works?

Open
To avoid any contaminations, wash your hands thoroughly and open the bag to extract the famous substrate.

Rinse
Rinse the substrate under cold water for a few seconds.

Cover
Place the substrate on a plate and cover it completely with the incubation tent which will maintain a good level of humidity.

Harvest
Cut the mushroom at the base of the foot with a sharp knife. You can harvest between 300 and 600 g of shiitake!

Enjoy
You have passed all the steps successfully! Cook and taste the "mushroom of your efforts"! You can simply return them in a little oil / butter or follow our recipe.
