Blinis with cheese, salmon and dill
Ingredients for 10 toasts
*100 grams of smoked salmon
*1 "Fagotin tradition Maredsous" or equivalent cheese
*2 spring onions
*some fresh dill to decorate your toasts
1/ Use a die-cut to form salmon rings of the size of the blinis. Place the salmon rings on top of the blinis and delicately put Fagotin slices on top of it.
2/ For the topping, cut the radish and cucumber into fine dice. Finely slice the spring onions and add the topping on top of the Fagotin. Finally, give a visual touch of taste by adding some dill sprigs (you got to, I’m watching you !)
