Hypericum
Hypericum is a plant that has been used for centuries to treat a variety of diseases, especially depression.
This natural antidepressant proceeds as a sedative for the nervous system. It also operates in : insomnia, anxiety, stress, lack of energy, irritability, pessimism, melancholy, feeling of incompetence, guilt and devaluation.

Valerian
Its Latin name, valeriana, means « well-being ». A name it owns to its beneficial effects on stress, angst, nervosity and insomnia. Its calming properties make it the best natural tranquilizer for herbal medicine.

Passiflora

Passiflora is well recommended for person with stress, hyperactivity, tachycardia and difficult to fall asleep.
