Plants for a good sleep !
Sleepness can affect our energy, productivity, mood and quality of life. We are not certain of what we should do or take to get a good night of sleep. A natural way to have restful sleep would be to adopt a plant in our bedroom. The thing is... which one would it be ?
Because of her soothing fragrande, lavender will bring you the best night of sleep. It lowers stress and blood pressure.
Aloe vera clears the air due to the oxygen that it products during night. Which, indeed, encourage restful sleep. It needs sun to reproduce itself so don't be afraid to put it on your bedroom windowsill.

Jasmine is well-known for its relaxing propreties which had positif effects on the quality of sleep. Keeping jasmine beside your bed will reduce sleep movement and will bring you restful sleep.
Gardenia induces equal effects as sleeping tablets but in a more natural way, obviously ! It's the most recommended plant to treat insomnia and anxiety.
English ivy is known to decrease symptoms of allergia and asthma because of its capacity of cleaning up bacterias in the air. It is suitable for people who has to deal with breathing problem.
